Shipping policy

Please note that the order processing times are posted on the home page and are separate from the shipping times. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding major US holidays) once order is completed to be shipped. Please allow 2-14 days for shipping time by the shipping carrier.  Please check your spam folder if you do not receive tracking information in your IN box.

Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. XOXO Yours Truly LLC is not responsible for orders with the wrong address. If we are unable to create a shipping label due to an invalid shipping address, we will make 2 attempts to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 2 days of the first attempt, your order will be canceled and refunded. 

As of October 6, 2024, Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover any lost, stolen, and damaged items. If you experience any of these instances, please file your claim directly through them.  All purchases made without Route Package Protection will not be eligible for replacements from XOXO Yours Truly LLC.

XOXO Yours Truly LLC is not responsible for the package once it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.  We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to unforeseen circumstances and/or any shipping carrier related delays.

Note:  XOXO Yours Truly, LLC will not have any additional information regarding a shipment status once the shipping carrier has accepted the package. Please reach out to the shipping carrier for any updates on tracking. 

Return to Sender: if a package is returned to us, we will happily resend the item back to the buyer with an additional shipping charge.
