XOXO reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Additionally, we maintain the right to issue refunds when deemed necessary, either in part or in full based on the circumstances of the order. Please note that any decisions regarding service refusal or refunds will be made with the best interest of both parties in mind.

XOXO Yours Truly LLC  wants you to be happy with your items. Please contact us through the website chat feature or email yourstruly4ever@gmail.com. We do not accept unapproved returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges on unwanted items once they are shipped.  We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  

CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ITEMS-  Due to the custom nature of each item, XOXO Yours Truly LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. Once a custom item is placed, we are unable to accept a cancellation request.  ALL sales are final for custom items.  Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. Each custom item is precisely crafted based on the specifications provided by you. Our team ensures the highest quality and attention to details while creating this customized item. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations with every custom design. However, due to the handmade nature and customization options, slight variations in color, design, and materials may occur. These variations are not considered defects and add to the uniqueness of your custom item.

If you have problems with your order, please contact us within 48 days of receiving your package through the website chat feature. Please include your name and the order number. By placing an order with XOXO Yours Truly LLC, you agree to this no refund policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that all customization details and specifications are correct and complete.

NON CUSTOM ITEMS- These items are eligible for a return but must be requested within 48 hours of receipt through the website chat feature. Please include your name and order number and a photo of the item will be requested.  To be eligible for a return on a non custom item, the item must be in the same condition it was received. You will need your receipt and it needs to be in the original packaging, be unworn and/or unused. Please be advised that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return. 

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return was approved or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is received a defective, damaged, or wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and work to solve the problem. This may include repairing or remaking the item at our discretion. Proof of damage or defect, such as photos, will be required.

All damages must be claimed through Route Package Protection. XOXO Yours Truly LLC will not be responsible for any order issues after 48 hours of delivery.  All orders made without Route Package Protection are not eligible for replacements.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS AND EXCEPTIONS - We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. The following types of items cannot be returned are custom / personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), and perishable goods (such as flowers, plants, and food)
